How to use?

Make sure to cure each layer under the lamp for the perfect finish.

1. On clean, prepped natural nails, apply the base coat of your choice.
2. Optional: Apply two coats of your favorite color.
3. Using the applicator or your fingertip, apply the powder and gently rub off the excess to avoid damaging the top coat.
4. Seal in the powder with a final layer of top coat.

I’m sorry… maybe I didn’t

"I’m sorry… maybe I didn’t use it right? But it arrived in a separate bag from everything else, and in that bag the glitter powder was EVERYWHERE - so this is obviously a known issue with the packaging. It came with a foam applicator, absolutely coated in the glitter, but didn’t come with a brush it mentions to use in the last step in application? It was horribly messy, which might be user error, but got all over my fingers no matter how careful I was and I can’t get it fully off. And I originally bought it as a topper for the “hollyhock” color - I’d seen someone online do this combo and it was a gorgeous shiny red. Mine came out more like a holographic green and purple. I will possibly try it one more time to see if it’s user error but seriously… I’m disappointed."

Should the Top Coat be applied before or after the Biodegradable Glitter?

Apply the Top Coat over the glitter. Make sure you remove any excess glitter before applying the Top Coat to protect its integrity.
How do I remove the Biodegradable Glitter once it has been applied?

The glitter can be removed using our Dusting Brush or a lint-free cotton pad once your polish has dried. The Dusting Brush has a curved shape and fine bristles to clean your nail contour perfectly.
Can the Biodegradable Glitter be used with any nail polish?

Our Biodegradable Glitter is compatible with our Active™, Green™, Green Flash™ and nail care ranges.
When should I apply the Biodegradable Glitter?

The Biodegradable Glitter should either be applied after the Base Coat or after the second coat of colour. Then apply a layer of Top Coat to set it.
Can I use Special-Effect Powders anywhere other than on nails?

No, our Special-Effect Powders are specially designed for manicures and can only be used on nails.
