🔍 Where can I find my carrier tracking number?

Inside your “Manucurist order shipping update” email 💌
Once the carrier has collected your package, you will receive an email with an update of your order status including your carrier tracking number !
Don't worry if your tracking isn't updated instantly, we're sending your package overseas, so often times the carrier waits until it has arrived in its destination country before updating your tracking number.

In your customer account ⚡️
If you created a customer account when you placed your order, your carrier tracking number will be shown there under “My orders”.
Creating a customer account makes it easier to follow order history and re-order your favorite products !

As a note, if no tracking number is available, it just means your order has not yet been collected by the carrier. Don't worry, it should be processed soon !

🤔 Where is my package?

Using your customer and order information, you can follow the progress of your package via our interface:

📭 My package shows as delivered but I haven’t received it. Is this normal?

In this case, sometimes packages are collected by, or delivered to, building managers or neighbors so be sure to ask!
Another reason could be that the carrier has updated the status before the exact delivery of your package. Usually this means it will take 1 extra business day for the package to arrive.

💞 What is your return policy?

We accept returns for new, unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Reimbursements will be issued upon receiving the products.
Manucurist does not cover shipping costs.

In order to ensure product safety we can not accept opened, tested or used product as they can not be re-integrated into our stock. We thank you for your understanding!

🔙 How do I make a return?

Please contact us by clicking here and we will send you our return form. Once completed, it should be placed inside your return package. We will then process your return as quickly as possible. You can send out your order via your local post office.

Any new, unused items can be returned. Contact our customer service team to request the form you need.
