How do I join the loyalty program?
Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards!
How can I earn points?
Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the ways to earn in the Points With Every Polish section for details.
How can I redeem my welcome reward?
When you create your account, you’ll automatically receive 100 loyalty points, equivalent to $10 off your next order.
To enjoy your reward, simply:
- Log in to your account
- Go to the loyalty section and choose an eligible reward
- Copy the code displayed
- Enter the code at checkout to apply your discount
And that’s it! Your $10 discount will be automatically applied to your order.
Where can I see my points balance?
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the loyalty page, account dashboard or at checkout.
I haven’t received my welcome reward – is this normal?
No, this is not normal. Your welcome 100 points are automatically and instantly credited to your account as soon as it is created.

so we can check this for you.
Do my points expire?
Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance where your gift will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days of the day you entered your date of birth. This is for fraud protection, and you'll receive your points the following year.
I forgot to use my points at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
